• Hand Trucks

  • Rotatruck Self Supporting Hand Truck

    • The Rotatruck Self Supporting Hand Truck reduces the risk of strain injury and improves productivity.
    • The load is fully supported on a static wheelbase with four multi directional rotacasters. Loading can be completed without the need to pull back heavy loads from the upright trolley position. The Rotatruck is self supporting without parking or balancing the load. This leaves your hands free to open doors, sign for goods or take inventory notes.
    • Step up kerbs or negotiate single steps with a lever action, rather than lifting the load, in a forward direction without the need to reverse or use ramps.
    • The revolutionary wheels on this hand truck are fixed multi-directional castors. The rotacasters allow you to rotate and move sideways in confined spaces such as lifts and storerooms.
    • The Rotatruck is constructed with a powder coated steel frame, weighs 17kgs and can handle loads up to 220kgs. Even under load it has excellent tracking characteristics across flat or inclined pathways.

  • Rotatruck Stair Climber Hand Truck

    • Moving heavy loads up and down stairs can be difficult and awkward, even with ordinary stair climbing wheels.
    • The use of rotacaster’s fixed multi-directional wheels in a stair climbing configuration allows greater safety and control of the load in confined spaces.
    • The wheel base enables a safe resting position on a single step, reducing the risk of a runaway load.
    • Rotacaster's 360° movement provides direct tracking capability and improved steering control with easy rotational and sideways manoeuvrability.
    • The unique ability of the multidirectional wheels makes allows the Rotatruck to be repositioned across the width of a stair and turn on a landing. With this stair climbing hand truck even a spiral staircase can be negotiated.

• Dollies & Multi-Skates

  • Rota-Dollie

    • The rota-dollie fixed rotacaster multi-directional wheels are housed, recessed into a welded aluminium frame. Having no swivel mechanisms or bolts (other than axles) to maintain, ensures consistent trouble free performance for the life of the product. The fixed multidirectional rotacaster omni wheels create a static relationship between the centre of load and the wheelbase. This reduces both the effort and risks associated with moving loads through improved load stability during turning and rotation. Unlike swivel castors, rotacaster wheels track in the direction the load is steered and provide greater control and safety when traversing inclines.

  • Rota-Skate

    • The rotacaster rota-skate has all the advatages of the rota-dollie with the flexibility to be used as an undercarriage for custom applications, inverted for pipe rolling or as a turntable base.
    • The multi-mount channels used on the rota-skate come in different widths to accommodate double, triple or sets of rotacaster wheels and can house two or three wheels along it's length.

  • Rotacaster Omni Wheels

    • Rotacaster omni wheels are available in single, double or triple row.
    • Single rotacaster omni-wheels can be combined to form either free turning or keyed driven conveyor wheels.
    • Double and triple wheels are generally fitted with fork, channel or rail mounts.
    • The rotacaster standard range includes polyurethane or rubber rollers, with sealed or nylon bearings on the double and triple omni wheels.

  • Wheel Mounts

    • The fixed orientation of the rotacaster omni wheel allows for a number of simple mounting options.
    • As each rotacaster wheel acts independently, the use of multiple wheels and layouts provides extra manoeuvrability and can be customised to meet specific load capability requirements without the need for larger wheels.
    • The most effective and efficient method of mounting is simple fixed rail or support plate fixings with single axle bolt fitting. Rotacaster provides fork and multi-purpose mounts to suit both new and existing applications.
